1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Save Our Farmers Europe (“SOFE”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & identity verification
You must be at least 18 years old to use SOFE. Before withdrawing funds, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting accurate personal information and a valid identity document. We may reject or request resubmission of any KYC submission at our discretion.
3. Investment risk disclosure
Opportunities on SOFE fund agricultural projects — crops, farmland, plantations, and agribusiness — and are subject to real-world risk, including weather, market prices, and operational factors. Expected returns shown on any opportunity are estimates, not guarantees. Deposits are made in cryptocurrency, which is itself subject to significant price volatility. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are manually reviewed before being confirmed or paid out; they are not processed automatically. We may decline a deposit or withdrawal if we cannot verify it, if it fails our risk checks, or if your account is not in good standing.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit, including KYC documents and withdrawal destination addresses. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed — funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by us.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from investment performance, cryptocurrency price movements, or third-party service outages.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SOFE after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
